The approach is based on identifying the relationship of genome instability in wheat varieties of Ukrainian breeding under both low-dose UV-B and UV-C-exposure and drought with certain production characteristics of these varieties. The study will be performed using ITS - ISSR - RAPD - PCR, which will not only identify the effects of instability, but also the most vulnerable DNA sequences.
