The following tasks were set in accordance with the goal. The fourth task is to investigate the effects of azithromycin and colistin in mono-application and in combinations at different concentrations on biofilms of K.pneumoniae ATCC10031. The fifth task is to investigate the effects of azithromycin and colistin in mono-application and in combinations at different concentrations on biofilms of hospital strains of K. pneumoniae. The sixth task is to investigate the effects of azithromycin and colistin in mono-application and in combinations at different concentrations on biofilms of hospital MDR K. pneumonia strains. The second phase of the project investigated the effects of azithromycin and colistin in mono-application and in combinations in different concentration ranges on plankton and biofilms of standard strain K.pneumoniae ATCC10031 and hospital K.pneumoniae strains.
