Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2 The report contains the results of the first phase of the project for 2021, and is devoted to practical tasks related to the synthesis of flavonol and chromone derivatives that can be used for further synthesis of β-glucosidase activity indicators. As a result of the project stage, the synthesis was carried out and the accumulation of 9 starting aldehydes, thiazoles, pyridinthiazoles continues; 7 intermediate products - chalcones; 5 end fluorophores. There is also a synthesis of 5 more intermediate and 5 promising end products, the production of which will be described in the report for the 2nd stage of 2021. According to the results of the conducted researches the technique of synthesis of heteroarylchromones and flavonols is improved. During the reporting period, based on the data obtained, two articles were published in publications indexed by the international databases Scopus and Web of Science, and one patent application was filed.
