The mechanical characteristics of the investigated superalloys are determined and their dependences on the temperature and pressure of hydrogen are constructed. The optimal chemical composition for increasing hydrogen and corrosion resistance has been determined. Methods of superalloys mechanical surface treatments with using of environmentally friendly liquids have been developed. The structural stability of alloys in the definite conditions of gas turbine engines operation by means of X-ray structural and microstructural investigation is revealed.
