Object of research: 1) molecular genetic study of C938A Bcl-2 gene polymorphism in patients with colorectal cancer in gender and age aspects; 2) immunological and metabolic mechanisms of oncogenesis and the effectiveness of the composition of Au / Ag / Fe nanoparticles in order to correct the detected disorders. The aim of the study: 1) to study the polymorphism of the C938A Bcl-2 gene in patients with adenocarcinoma of the colon in situ in gender and age aspects and to establish the relationship between homo- and heterozygous allelic variants of the genotype and the risk of neoplastic colon lesions; 2) to elucidate the effects of Bcl-2 gene expression on the development of metabolic, immunoreactive disorders and morpho-functional changes of the lymphoid system, colon and cerebral cortex in DMG-induced oncogenesis and evaluate the effectiveness of Au / Ag / Fe nanoparticle composition in order to correct the identified violations.
