Theoretical results - the study of theoretical and methodological provisions for the formation of competitive positions of the business entity based on the use of Internet technology tools. Practical results: effective tools of Internet technologies for this business entity are identified; promising sales channels are proposed; the main factors of the external environment are analyzed, the competitive position of the enterprise on the basis of the tools of Internet technologies is improved, which will allow to increase the efficiency of its activity in the long run. Novelty - as a result of the study, the previously analyzed provisions were further developed. In particular, the importance of using behavioral analytics to understand whether content that customers now see is useful or harmful, and whether it is valuable and compelling to ensure conversion, is determined.
