The subject of the research is theoretical and methodological provisions and applied aspects of the implementation of accounting, audit, taxation and reporting in the enterprise budgeting system. The aim of the work is to generalize theoretical provisions and develop scientific and practical recommendations for improving information and analytical support and organizational and methodological basis for building economic processes in terms of developing strategic guidelines for budgeting on the principles of integration of accounting, analysis, taxation and control. The following methods were used in the research process: method of scientific abstraction, generalization and synthesis; system approach; structural analysis; economic and statistical analysis, graphic method. The study revealed the essence of the concepts of tax policy and accounting policy in the scientific discourse allowed to compare their essential characteristics and justify the interdependence of these categories, to identify common principles in the context of the management system. Theoretical, methodical and regulatory aspects in the practical implementation of accounting and tax policies are analyzed, which will contribute to greater identification of theoretical and methodological principles of accounting and tax accounting for efficient management. The role of application of materiality of the accounting information as a factor of realization of effective management and formation of the adapted accounting policy is substantiated. An integrated component of the budgeting system has been formed, which consists of accounting, analytical, taxable and control operations.
