Research results: Experimental proof of the latent spin-triplet pairing in half-metallic manganites is presented and the conditions to realize the topological superconducting state of nanostructures based on them are discussed. The influence of structural disorder on the transport and magnetic properties of Housler Ni50Mn35In15 alloy films has been experimentally investigated. The values of effective magnetization and saturation magnetization of the amorphous films, which were determined by ferromagnetic resonance and magnetometry using a vibrating magnetometer, differ more than 50 times, while having the same temperature dependence of the magnetization. The model based on the heterogeneous structure of amorphous films is proposed to explain this unusual phenomenon. Primary calculations show that the Heusler alloys Co2HfGe, Co2ZrGe and Fe2CrGa have a ferromagnetic type of magnetic ordering with a significant resulting magnetic moment per unit and a high (≈ 100%) degree of conduction electrons spin polarization. The peculiarities of contacting heterostructures differential conductivity on the base of superconductors, which are caused by degradation of the surface of a superconducting film or an artificially nanosized shell on its surface, have been studied. The results are important for the fabrication of superconducting multilayer structures. Product Description popup.authors Dmitrenko Viktoriia Yu Zhitlukhina Olena S.
