Purpose: To develop the content and means of activities of employees of the psychological service to overcome the consequences of the pandemic COVID-19. To develop programs of advanced training courses for employees of the psychological service. The research methodology consists of theoretical and empirical methods. Theoretical methods: theoretical analysis and generalization; modeling of processes occurring in the environment of victims; analysis and generalization of the results of experimental research; generalization of the practice of providing psychosocial assistance. Empirical methods: online questionnaires; conducting problem-focused group interviews; content analysis of methods and technologies of providing psychosocial assistance to victims; practical approbation of the developed methodical materials.
