According to the project plan, stage 2 (03 - 12.2021) includes magneto-optical studies of semiconductor quantum wells. The dependence of the photoluminescence energy of an indirect exciton on the density of optical excitation in bound quantum wells, one of which is semimagnetic, has been studied. Their results are described in Section 2. Studies of continuous and granular magnetic nanofilms have been performed. In particular, magnetic elastomers in which an elastic matrix is filled with magnetic particles were studied. The magnetic and magnetoelastic properties of these compounds with manganite nanoparticles in the vicinity of the Curie temperature of the latter have been studied. The peculiarity of the elastic parameters of such compounds in the vicinity Tc of filler is revealed. This is described in Section 3. The properties of ferroelectric compounds and multiferroics, in particular the coexistence of morphotropic phases in ferro-antiferroelectric-antiferrodistorsing multiferroics, namely antisegnetoelectric, ferrielectric and ferroelectric, Bi1-yRyFeO3, where R is a rare earth element, had been studied. . These theoretical studies had been compared to an experiment performed by foreign co-authors. Their contents are described in Section 4. For convenience, the figures and formulas of each section are double numbered, for example, "N.M", where N is the section number and M is the number of the corresponding object (figure, formula) in the section. The results of the project can be used to create functional elements based on nanogranular films, in particular magnetoelastomers in robotics, and devices using ferroelectric compounds. They will be used for further research at the IF NASU and other research centers both in Ukraine and abroad, as well as in the learning process. According to the research materials of this stage, 9 articles were published, and one was submitted for publication [1 * - 10 *].
