Revealed that substantial can improve the selectivity and yield triazole of fluorinated substituents when adding a calculated amount of acid anhydride trifluoroacetic acid to a solution of thiosemicarbazide in trifluoroacetic acid, allowing the first to receive appropriate fluoroalkyl-containing derivatives of 1,2,4-triazole-3-thione. Docking studies have shown that a number of the obtained compounds have a high affinity for the cell membrane, and quantitative microbiological studies for different strains of pathogens have shown that the synthesized compounds have antibacterial activity at the level of commercial drugs.
