UkrINTIE organized and conducted a scientific and scientific-technical examination of tender applications for the implementation in 2020 of research and development work under the State Targeted Scientific and Technical Program for Antarctic Research for 2011-2020. In the course of the work, the Expert Evaluation Card and the Scale of Grade Score for such applications were developed jointly with the National Academy of Sciences. In accordance with the agreement of the National Academy of Sciences, 2 applications were submitted to UkrINTEI, which were submitted to participate in the competition. Two examinations were conducted for each application. In total, 4 scientific and scientific-technical examinations were conducted under the agreement. After the organizers of the examinations received from the experts the completed Expert Assessment Cards, they summarized the expert opinions on each application and determined the average score. The results of the scientific and scientific-technical examination were presented in the form of a Rating Table.
