Methods of research are ELISA, chromatography, microbiological, biochemical, immunological. During the reporting stage, work was performed on the development and production of biological components for the development of the test kit. Optimal conditions for the synthesis of peroxidase and biotinylated conjugates based on measles virus antigens were selected. Stabilizing and buffer solutions for samples and conjugate dilution were identified. For immunosorbent production the optimal polystyrene plate was selected among the plates with different sorption capacity. As a result of the elaboration process, a working version of the kit was developed, the selected working model of the test kit is "IgM-capture" ELISA, assay procedure in the test kit as well ELISA procedure for standard ELISA equipment and ELISA analyzer were optimized.
