There are differences in the frequency of the alleles of the transferrin locus in the studied groups. In particular, in the carp from state enterprise “Research farm “Velykyi Liubin”” there is a significant predominance of the Tf C2 allele and the absence of the Tf D allele. In the group of carp from “Karpatskyi vodohrai” LLC. The analysis of the genetic structure of silver carp and bighead carp by protein and enzyme systems - at the loci of Pralb, EST, MDH, ME, CA. The features of the distribution of allelic frequencies and genotypic variants of loci of different age groups of silver carp and bighead carp are described. The study of the level of somatic mutagenesis was carried out using the micronucleus test. The study group was characterized by an average level of erythrocytes with micronuclei EMN (4.7 ± 0.3%о), a relatively low level of lymphocytes with micronuclei and binucleated lymphocytes, the total number of which was (3.5 ± 0.3%о), which indicates about satisfactory breeding conditions.
