Composite and ceramic superionic conductors based on (Cu1-хAgx)7GeSe5I compounds and optimization of technological processes for their preparation have been obtained. Their structural, mechanical, electrical and optical properties have been investigated. The influence of different types of disordering on the structure, mechanical, electrical, and optical parameters of the obtained superionic materials is investigated. A photoplastic effect has been discovered in superionic materials for the first time.
