All mutations are in the S gene, as the most variable and critical in the mechanisms of virus transmission and the formation of the immune response. The multiplex test system will be built on the principle of using two mixtures of primers for two separate reactions. In each reaction, internal control will be detected to verify the quality of extraction and storage of the material, as well as conservative sequences specific to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in general, to enable screening use of the test system.
