Registration Date 14-12-2021 Organization State Institution "Institute of pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology named after acad. O. M. Luk'yanova of National academy of medical sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2  The report on research in three volumes (117 pages, 90 pages, 105 pages, respectively), contains 61 tables, 9 figures, 8 appendices, 344 sources. CHILDREN, HEALTH STATUS, RHEUMATIC DISEASES, CHRONIC HEPATITIS, VITAMIN D, LIPID METABOLISM, ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION, POLYMYCYPYPHYPISM, PHYPYCOPHYPISM Object of study: vitamin D supply and lipid metabolism in healthy children, vitamin D supply and disease activity in children with rheumatic diseases, vitamin D supply, immune response and markers of liver fibrosis in children with chronic hepatitis. Objective: to increase the effectiveness of prevention and treatment of vitamin D deficiency and deficiency in healthy children and children with rheumatic diseases and chronic hepatitis by retrospective analysis of adverse factors in their development, study of lipid metabolism, immune status with the development of algorithm for supplementary vitamin D . Research methods: general clinical, biochemical, serological, genetic, instrumental, mathematical and statistical. Measuring equipment: ELISA photoelectric Reader ER 500, Illumina's HiSeq (Invitae, USA), analyzer Dimension EXL 200 ("DEEDS"), analyzer biochemical ADVIA 1800, photometer-analyzer biochemical Labline-70, colorimeter photoelectric , OPTIMA 2100 device, ILAB 650 device, CFX-96 amplifier, ADVIA 1800 biochemical analyzer, CanonAplioi800 and Siemens Acuson X 300 ultrasonic devices. The relationship between lipid metabolism, endothelial dysfunction and vitamin D safety in healthy children has been identified. Taking into account individual characteristics, methods of early prevention in school-age children with dyslipidemia, insufficient supply of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (with a decrease in the ratio of ω-3 and ω-6) and vitamin D, as allowed by a combination of ω-3, quercetin and vitamin D3 to normalize lipid metabolism and endothelial function in 79.88% of children. Based on a retrospective analysis of trigger factors, a questionnaire was developed to Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2021-12-14 Close
