It was found that for the synthesis of high-quality VO2 crystalline film it is necessary to radically reduce the content of other oxides (VO, V2O3, V2O5). Critical parameters of precipitation (temperature, velocity, ratio of reagents) and crystallization of the film have been established, in which the synthesis of the monoclinic phase of vanadium dioxide with a low content of other structural phases can be carried out. The obtained fundamental results allowed to develop practical recommendations for improving the technology of obtaining the necessary bolometric properties of VO2 films, methods of their characterization and ways of manufacturing more advanced instrument systems, promising for the creation of new electronic and optical devices.
