The report is presented in three sections in accordance with the pedagogical conditions of motivating students to work independently during the study of a foreign language, namely: Section 1. Interactive methods of teaching a foreign language to motivate students to work independently; Section 2. Motivational means of formation of academic skills of students of economic profile; Section 3. The use of modern technologies to create an environment close to the professional learning environment. Units are presented in the form of reports or practical tasks used by teachers during the departmental experiment. The final stage of research work of the department was the preparation and publication of guidelines, textbooks, workshops, etc. for further use in educational activities. All practical tasks developed and used by the teachers of the department were developed in accordance with the defined pedagogical conditions of motivating students to study through modern technologies, namely by using interactive methods of teaching a foreign language to motivate students to work independently; application of motivational means of formation of academic skills in students of economic profile and use of modern technologies to create a learning atmosphere close to the professional environment. Each of the proposed pedagogical conditions of study provided for the use of certain modern interactive methods and tools of foreign language teaching in higher education, and therefore an appropriate set of exercises and tasks for their effective implementation.
