Using the developed model, the effect of agonists and antagonists of TRP, MOR and CA receptors on the severity of ARDS was studied. Assessment of the severity of ARDS with the use of test substances showed that the most significant effect was exerted by agonists of TRPV1 and cannabinoid CB1 and CB2 receptors. Modulation of these receptors led to a significant reduction in pulmonary edema, total protein content in bronchopulmonary lavage, the concentration of proinflammatory cytokines (IL1β, IL6, TNF-α, IL10). Pulmonary morphometric parameters were significantly improved in response to TRPV1, CB1, and CB2 receptor agonists. Electrophysiological studies have shown a significant decrease in the frequency of pulse activity of the vagus nerve innervating the lungs in response to CB1 and CB2 receptor agonists. The combination of the most effective substances, namely TRPV1 and CB1 / CB2 receptor agonists, did not show an improvement in the course of ARDS in any of the indicators. It can be concluded that the greatest anti-inflammatory effect of modulation of the studied types of receptors is achieved in the conditions of their separate application.
