The dependences of the plasma ion current on the shear potential, the discharge parameters of the primary plasma source and the presence of a constant magnetic field have been determined for stationary mode. The methodology for the formation of an intense electron and ion beam in a plasma electron-beam system and possibility of its use for the deposition of refractory materials has been determined. Based on the spatial distribution of plasma radiation intensity, the localization of the main energy release zones during the formation of self-sustained plasma-beam discharge has been determined. A study of the effect of charged particle beams and high-density plasma flows on the solids surface has been carried out.
