The aim of the study was to determine the relationships between clinical, biochemical and structural features, hormonal spectrum, immunocytokine status, small intestinal microbiota for the formation of steatosis and liver fibrosis in patients with chronic diffuse liver disease. Research methods - clinical, instrumental, morphological, biochemical, immunological, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, pathophysiological, statistical. The study found relationships between the severity of steatosis, liver fibrosis and metabolic, cytokine, hemodynamic, morphological parameters in the examined patients. Methods for the diagnosis of steatosis and liver fibrosis in patients with CDP have been developed.
