The aim of the project is to develop scientific approaches to the creation of new functional polymeric materials using the method of layer-by-layer application of the melt. Research methods - scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, determination of rheological properties, dynamic mechanical analysis, impact test, static bending, tension and compression, hydrostatic weighing, retardation test, computer simulation. Technological modes of obtaining spatially structured polymeric materials for different functional purposes with a variety of internal architecture (square and hexagonal cells, gyroids, fibers) using the method of layer-by-layer application of the melt. The dependences of their properties on the conditions of production, type and stiffness of the constituent polymers, internal architecture, geometry of structures, the presence of aggregate. Mathematical models are proposed to model the reaction of architectural material to external force or deformation action and to describe the mechanisms of its destruction, which agree well with experimental data. Scientifically based recommendations and laboratory technological regulations for the implementation of the manufacturing process of filter polymeric materials with a high level of functional properties have been developed.
