The five-year survival of patients with CHF with LV EF without type 2 diabetes and the presence of the latter does not differ significantly, while in the general group of patients the worst 5-year survival was patients with glycated hemoglobin levels above 7.4%. There was also no difference in 5-year survival in the male cohort, while women with type 2 diabetes had a significantly lower five-year survival rate than women without type 2 diabetes.At the same time, male and female cohorts in the presence of diabetes 2 differed only in the smaller size of the left atrium and worse nitrogen renal function, along with higher levels of circulating citrulline. When determining predictors of unfavorable prognosis of survival for 5 years among patients with CHF with low LV EF and concomitant diabetes mellitus 2, it was determined that the main factors are left heart remodeling parameters, LV systolic function (LV), UIA level, superoxide dismutase activity, , blood lymphocyte content and circulating insulin levels. Instead, patients without diabetes 2 were characterized by a wider range of predictors of survival for 5 years. Based on the results of this work, models of individual forecasting of unfavorable survival prognosis for 12 months and 36 months were created, which are characterized by sufficient indicators of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy.
