Recommendations in an interesting and easily accessible form for the elderly, their relatives, people who provide professional services to the elderly with psychological support to solve problems that arise during quarantine (brochures, booklets, videos, webinars, radio programs) have been made. Their implementation for a wide range of people helps to increase the psychological inteligent of society. The program and content of the workshop «Effective communication with the elderly and maintaining their own mental health under stressful conditions (pandemic COVID-19)» was prepared. The workshop and the tutorial have been implemented in working with people who provide various professional services to the elderly. It allowed them to better understand older clients and helped harmonize their interpersonal interactions. Scientific publications reflect the scientific and methodological justification of the content of the workshop, recommendations, videos, webinars, textbook.
