The concentrations of the C6-AHL stereoisomer were screened. A priming protocol for winter wheat grains was drawn up. The chlorophyll content in winter wheat leaves, starting from the tillering phase, was shown to increase gradually up to the flowering phase, after that it decreased to the milky-wax ripeness phase. The total content of chlorophylls at all phases of wheat development after grains priming was higher than the control. Following priming with DL-C6-AHL, the leaf surface area enlarged. The increase in the assimilation surface and the amount of photosynthetic pigments had a positive effect on the yield. In DL-C6-AHL-primed plants, the amount of water-soluble carbohydrates deposited in the stem raised, which contributed to grain filling. An improvement in the indicators of the crop structure elements was observed. They included the productive tillering, the number and weight of grains in one ear, the weight of 1000 grains. The concentrations of exogenous salicylic acid were chosen according to the parameters of the grains germinating power, their germinability and morpho-phenological characteristics (length and biomass of roots and aboveground parts). The physiological concentration of the hormone was found to be 150 mm Product Description popup.authors Babenko Lidia Mykhaylivna Voytenko Lesya Vasylivna Romanenko Kateryna Oleksandrivna Shcherbatiuk Mykola M popup.nrat_date 2021-12-19 Close
