The aim of the work is to conduct analytical research, draft a national mandate and annotations of harmonized European standards by determining the essential performance characteristics, classes and evaluation system, threshold levels of construction products of the category "Indoor heaters". The following methods of analysis were used during the work: synthesis and comparative legal method. The aim of the work is to establish the basic requirements for further development of regulatory technical specifications for construction products of the category "Indoor heaters", as well as generalization and systematization of relevant European documents for application by national standardization bodies in the development of national standards European standards (according to the first part of Article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "On the provision of construction products on the market"). The urgency of the work lies in the implementation of European legislation through the adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On construction products", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 28.04.2021 №426 "On approval of the list of categories of construction products" governing the provision of construction products on the market. According to the results of work: - a draft national mandate was drawn up; - annotations of harmonized European standards related to the category "Indoor heaters" were compiled; - 19 sub-regulatory European standards belonging to the category of construction products "Indoor heaters" were analyzed.
