The purpose of the work - based on the analysis of existing harmonized technical specifications (European harmonized standards) to develop scientifically sound proposals and recommendations for determining the main essential characteristics, threshold levels, classes and evaluation systems of construction products classified as construction products "Sanitary products". and draft a national mandate and annotations of harmonized technical European standards (EN) that require or may require separate regulation by national standards, regulations or legislation. Research methods - analysis and synthesis, modeling and analogy, comparative - legal. The development consists of an analysis of existing acts of European Union legislation (decisions and mandates of the European Commission), as well as harmonized technical specifications (European harmonized standards (EN) and European eligibility documents (EAD)).
