The structure of the synthesized AHFS was established by IR-, 1H, 19F NMR- spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The solubility of AHFS in water, methanol, ethanol (96%) and dimethylsulfoxide was determined. Trends in changing the solubility of salts in water are interpreted in the framework of 2D QSPR models. It was found that the caries prophylactic efficacy (CPE) of AHFS in almost all cases exceeds similar indicators of the reference drug – sodium fluoride. A leader compound, 4-carboxymethylpyridinium hexafluorosilicate, was identified; for it the CPE value was 5 times higher than that for NaF. It is concluded that according to its characteristics, this compound can be considered as perspective object of further pharmacological research.
