Youth migration mobility in the Carpathian region of Ukraine: problems of preservation and development of human potential The research object is the processes of youth migration mobility. The research subject is theoretical and methodological provisions on the impact of youth migration mobility on the development and capitalization of human potential in the personal and regional dimensions. The aim of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of youth migration mobility as a condition for the preservation and development of human potential in the Carpathian region of Ukraine. Theoretical bases of research of the population migration mobility in the system of migration studies and economic regional studies are developed. Theoretical and methodological bases of research of youth migration mobility in the context of preservation and development of human potential of the region are deepened. A methodological approach to the analysis of youth migration mobility at the regional level is developed. The method of sociological survey of young people with migration experience is proposed and tested, the results of which allow to determine the state and consequences of migration in the personal and regional dimensions. The necessity of improvement of information-analytical support of youth migration regulation on the way of formation of the system of monitoring of population migration mobility in Ukraine is substantiated.
