A new biologically active material based on carbopol has been developed by using modern chemical and biotechnological approaches. The advisability of the biogel composition is in an integrated approach, which is based on the use of multicomponent compositions that affect the key pathogenetic mechanisms of repair. The development of wound-healing formulation of complex composition, in particular, gel based on carbopol, serratiopeptidase, D-panthenol, antiseptic, plasticizers that provide wound-healing, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, stimulating tissue regeneration processes. Isolated and purified serratiopeptidase from the tablet form of the drug. The main biochemical characteristics of the enzyme were determined: protein content 2 mg / cm3, proteolytic activity of 614 μg tyrosine / mg protein per minute, collagenolytic 725 nmol / mg protein per minute. Immobilization of serratiopeptidase by the method of inclusion in the gel after the reaction of neutralization of carbopol ensures the preservation of proteolytic activity at the level of 74.28%. The quality of the developed mild dosage form of serratiopeptidase is assessed according to microbiological indicators. It is shown that the gel is sterile when manufactured under aseptic conditions and effectively inhibits the growth of the test strain Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The formula of the gel formulation demonstrates a good ability to spread, complete release of active substances, the drug is stable for 3 months of storage.
