The purpose of the study: to reveal the general mechanism and factors of stabilizing influence on the socio-economic development of Ukraine. Research methods: coincidence from abstract to concrete, logical-historical, structural-functional, statistical methods. Results and novelty: The project aims to identify the necessary in the general mechanism of stabilization of socio-economic development, identify key fundamental factors affecting the level of stability and the work of measures to correct stabilization mechanisms. The main components of the general mechanism of stabilization of the economy of Ukraine, as well as the stability of the information and digital reindustrial economy and the platforming of socio-economic relations are clarified. The institutional and value factors of stabilization mechanisms are highlighted, the roles of socialization, monetary and financial mechanisms in stabilizing economic development are revealed. New tools of stabilizing influence on cyclical economic dynamics and factors of counteraction to divergence tendencies in European integration processes are revealed. On the basis of the conducted theoretical and analytical work the offers to authorities concerning introduction of tools and mechanisms of stabilization of social and economic development are developed.
