The transgenic status of the obtained plants was confirmed by the polymerase chain reaction method. The frequency of transformation using the vector construct pBi2E, depending on the genotype, in vitro culture was 1-3% and 1.5-4.5% - by in planta method. When using the pBi-OAT construct - from 0.75 to 2.5% in vitro culture and from 1.3 to 4.4% in in planta. It is shown that in transformants with integrated elements of vector construction that cause partial suppression of the pdh gene, under normal conditions, the content of free Proline increases 1.5 times compared to control plants, which confirms the incorporation of elements of vector construction that form a double-stranded RNA suppressor and can increase their resistance to osmotic stress. It was found that the change in the expression of the oat gene (ornithine-δ-aminotransferase) does not affect the level of free L-proline: transgenic plants that have a genetic construct to increase the expression of this gene do not differ significantly from control plants in this amino acid. It was found that increased expression of the AT gene has a positive effect on growth processes, accelerates rooting processes and stimulates root growth.
