Current methods of analysis of vulnerabilities of embedded systems (software and vulnerability databases) are described. A software model of network and embedded equipment analysis system is proposed, which provides capabilities of the full IPv4 range analysis. It implements search for vulnerabilities of remote code execution, collection of information about the environment in case of access to the command shell of the target system. The scan results are stored in a geospatial database with the possibility of export for processing by third-party instruments, and are provided for visualization using OGC WMS, WFS protocols, compatible with a wide range of geospatial information systems. The basic notions of the theory of complex networks, the question of the suitability of the apparatus of complex networks for modeling the propagation of harmful effects in networks are considered in the work. The possibilities of the SIR model are analyzed, the basis of the models in the form of cellular automata for modeling the spread of malicious software in computer and social networks are analyzed.
