The purpose of the work is to create a technological scheme and introduction into production of a universal fast-acting decontamination agent with high environmental characteristics for degassing of human and animal skin, clothing, equipment, facilities and premises in case of contamination with organophosphorus compounds of neuro-paralytic action. Research methods: UV-, IR- spectroscopy, kinetic measurements. The formulation of the decontamination means was improved and its efficiency was determined according to the following parameters: rate of decomposition of organophosphorus compounds, ecological characteristics, influence of degassing products on inhibition of human blood serum cholinesterases. The obtained values of decontamination rate and degree of decomposition of paraoxone and methylparathion, as well as ecological indicators allow to recommend the studied micellar systems as promising for individual decontamination of organophosphorus compounds. The technological scheme of decontamination production has been developed and introduced into production at the domestic pharmaceutical enterprise. The scientific significance of the research lies in the interpretation of the mechanisms of chemical transformations, identification of reaction products, determination of ex vivo endotoxicity by analysis of integrated inhibitory effects on human blood serum butyrylcholinesterase of basic chemicals, which are present as intermediates or end products. The practical significance of the work is due to the introduction into production of a high-tech universal decontamination agent with a competitive price for the decomposition of organophosphorus compounds of neuro-paralytic action, which can be used in various sectors of the economy, industry, social and defense spheres.
