Purpose: to deepen the theoretical provisions, develop methodological approaches and practical recommendations for improving the modern paradigm of entrepreneurship and trade in the context of European integration. Research methods. The dialectical method of cognition and a systematic approach to the study of ways to satisfy information requests for the implementation of current tasks of management, methods of grouping and theoretical generalization, methods of analysis and synthesis, sample observation and economic statistics, induction and deduction, modeling, tabular and graphical visualization. The environment and institutional foundations of the current paradigm of business and trade development under the conditions of European integration are substantiated, the key determinants of trade and stockbroking activity development under the conditions of the information society are revealed. A number of problems concerning the cooperation between the state and private business in the sphere of innovations are identified, spatial localization of business activity in the context of global development limitations was grounded, theoretical and practical principles of business development on rural territories were characterized. Approaches to the organization of electronic commerce in the sphere of the food industry revealed, outlined the current trends in the development of electronic commerce and the prospects of using the services of the fulfillment in Ukraine, and examined the practical aspects of the activity of the stock exchanges in the Ukrainian market.
