Registration Date 21-12-2021 Organization Vinnytsia National Pirogov Memorial Medical University popup.description2  According to the tasks and goals, the connection between the manifestation of hyperactive bladder syndrome and the constitutional features of the body in pregnant women was revealed. For the first time, discriminant models have been built and put into practice, which allow using anthropometric and somatotypological and hormonal indicators to predict the possibility of hyperactive bladder (HAUB) at the stage of pre-pregnancy training. An algorithm of diagnostic and prognostic measures aimed at improving postpartum adaptation in women with HAUB has been improved and implemented on the basis of a step-by-step integrated approach to patient management, starting from the women's consultation stage and ending with the obstetric hospital. New links in the pathogenesis of disorders of the functional state of the fetoplacental complex in women with undifferentiated dysplasia have been identified. The relationship between the development of gestational complications and the decrease in serum magnesium levels at different stages of pregnancy in women with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia is presented. The main morphological features of the placenta in women with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia were evaluated. It has been shown that there is a clear link between the development of primary dysmenorrhea and the constitutional features of the body in adolescent girls. The association between sonographic gestational parameters and bladder and urethral closure in pregnant women with HAUB has been demonstrated. Discriminant models have been built and implemented that allow using anthropometric and somatotypological, hormonal and ultrasound indicators of the uterus and ovaries to predict the possibility of primary dysmenorrhea for early detection of predictors of the development of primary dysmenorrhea and its manifestations.
