The dependences of the sizes of metallic and bimetallic nanoparticles deposited on a silicon surface on the conditions of galvanic replacement in aprotic solvents under the ultrasonic field have been established. Principles for designing nanostructured metal systems on a silicon surface have been developed. The formation of 3D silicon by anodic dissolution in a medium of aprotic solvents of 2D Si/M systems synthesized by galvanic replacement has been studied. The dependences of the morphology of porous silicon surface on the nature and geometry of deposited metal nanoparticles and dissolution conditions have been established. The conditions for the obtainment of 3D silicon modified with noble metals by galvanic replacement to obtain a 3D Si/M surface are determined.
