Research methodology - formation and research of the biosafety and biosecurity system; practical methods of work, decontamination and protection of personnel; formation of a contingent selection system for the training of specialists in biosafety and biosecurity within the specialty 163 - Biomedical Engineering for applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education; study of the effectiveness of personal protective equipment. An analysis of the current state of biosafety in Ukraine and the concept of training specialists in biosafety and biosecurity in the specialty 163 - Biomedical Engineering for applicants for the second (master's) level of higher education. An educational and professional training program for biosafety and biosecurity specialists has been developed within the specialty 163 - Biomedical Engineering for applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education. Regulations and organization of the laboratory of indication and identification of biothreats are developed. The results obtained in the framework of this stage of the project together with the results obtained in the previous and subsequent stages will allow to implement the educational-scientific and scientific-practical center for biosafety and biosecurity.
