The purpose of the work is the analysis of the current state and directions of improving the quality of gas jet grinding products based on raw material preparation and improvement of the grinder gas channels. Research methods are systematic analysis of process characteristics. Analysis of the efficiency improving ways of gas-jet grinding product quality have been showed that the following areas are the most promising ones: increasing the efficiency of ejector devices, using rational methods of feeding material into the mill grinding chamber, automation and control of material grinding process. Since the degree and quality of grinding are determined primarily by the acceleration speed and uniformity of material particle concentration, the most promising way to increase the grinding efficiency is organizing the material flow at the entrance of the grinding chamber. The analysis allows us to conclude that it is possible to create a new ejector device with improved performance, in particular, aimed at organizing a two-phase flow in the grinder channels, which can be used to control gas-dynamic flow parameters; ensuring uniform acceleration of bulk material particles; wear reduction of the grinder structural elements. The scientific significance of the results consists in new way definition of the efficiency increasing of processes in gas jet technological equipment by intensifying thermogasodynamic processes and control of two-phase flows. The research results will be used for further development of scientific bases for the improvement of gas-jet power plants. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the direction choice for further design improvement of the gas jet mill ejector unit. Application field of results is mining and metallurgy, construction, chemical, food industry and agriculture.
