It is established that simultaneous and complex action on liquid, hardening metal by using various modifications, doping of primary melt and application of excess pressure (2..6 MPa) increases mechanical properties twice, and when used for high-strength aluminum alloys hydrogen and vibration treatment of melts, aerodynamic cooling of castings in the mold provides an increase in their mechanical properties by 40… 50% and increases crack resistance by 5-6 times. A method for controlling the macro-, microstructure and mechanical properties using a vibrating mold immersed in a melt mirror through the open surface of the mold with low thermophysical characteristics, which causes grinding of the crystal structure - reducing the size of the macrograin by 10 times times, the curing time decreases by 1.7 times, the density of the cast products increases, the shape factor of the solid aluminum crystals is close to 1, which makes the castings of the cast alloy VAL 10 suitable for thixoforming. It was found that pre-modification treatment of ductile cast iron melt prevents bleaching in thin-walled castings and increases the inclusions of spheroidal graphite and ferrite by 2-3 times, as well as increasing the relative elongation, and additional alloying of high-strength cast iron 1.5% nickel allows to obtain cast iron mainly pearlitic (in the walls 2 mm thick) or ferritic-pearlitic (in thicker sections) metal base, and the resulting ductile cast iron corresponds to the brand GGS600-10.
