New biocompatible functional materials with the effect of memory of the Zr-Nb system shape for the creation of semi-finished products of the aortic valve frame and medical instruments have been developed. Regularities of formation of structural-phase states are established, parameters of martensitic transformation and thermal influence of cutting / welding processes on phase transformations in Ti-Ni alloys and newly developed materials of Zr-Nb system are investigated.
