Objective: to collect, analyze, summarize and share results on best practices for the effective resolution of civil and commercial disputes in the EU and Austria, especially mediation and arbitration for research, wide-ranging discussion and implementation in Ukraine; promoting the rational application of the experience of the EU and Austria in the effective resolution of civil and commercial disputes in Ukraine and finding the most optimal models for resolving certain categories of disputes with the wide participation of practitioners - stakeholders and beneficiaries; promoting innovation in the practical research and teaching of alternative dispute resolution throughout academic and professional life, in particular through study programs and practical training.
