The purpose of the work is to reduce the necessary resources for the manufacture of complex defense products based on additive technologies and diamond abrasive finishing using a rational choice of materialization strategy and improvement of the diamond abrasive tool processing. The research methods are based on a combination of morphological analysis of triangulation models of products, 3D modeling methodology of the stress-strain state of tool systems and processing systems with machine-tool experiments. Physical and mathematical models of layer-by-layer construction of products by integrated technologies using laser radiation were created, and methods were proposed to increase their functional properties. Testing and adequacy assessment of the developed methods of morphological analysis of 3D images of the products based on experiments on their materialization in layer-by-layer growth systems were performed. The development of scientifically substantiated recommendations for the selection of the wheel characteristics, as well as the parameters of their production and grinding modes, ensuring the effective operation of the tool when grinding different material groups in the self-sharpening mode. Based on the use of the created concept of predictive modeling, practical recommendations were developed for improving the processing of diamond-abrasive tools at the stages of their design, operation, testing and implementation in production.
