The parameters for obtaining optimal characteristics of biosensors were studied, namely the percentage of zeolites in the membrane, the time of immobilization in glutaraldehyde vapors and the pH of the medium. It is shown that the sorption and cation-exchange properties of clinoptilolite immobilized in the membrane contribute to the sensitivity of the biosensor. The prospects of modifying the electrodes with a semipermeable polymer film of polyphenylenediamine were studied in order to increase the sensitivity and improve the selectivity. To optimize the process of semipermeable film formation, the sensitivity and selectivity of amperometric transducers under different electropolymerization conditions have been studied. The transducer with the PFD membrane applied to its surface does not show sensitivity to electroactive substances contained in biological samples and can be successfully used in the development of amperometric biosensors.
