The thermal chamber allows to create a stationary heat flow with external thermal insulation. The chamber consists of two inserts in the form of a square rod with a diameter of 14 mm of known material and the same size. The outer ends of the inserts are inserted into the heater and refrigerator of the thermal chamber with temperatures T1 and T2. The inner end of the upper insert ends with a cylindrical groove with a diameter of 14 mm. The inner end of the lower insert ends with a cylindrical groove with a diameter of 12 mm. Between them is placed a cylindrical sample with a diameter of 12 mm and a length of 14 mm. On the upper half of the sample is applied a layer of ceramic TZP 1 mm thick. With the help of inserts, a stationary heat flow is directed to the sample, the uniformity of which is ensured by the geometry of the inserts and the external thermal insulation. The device consists of a thermal chamber, three differential amplifiers, a three-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC) developed, connected to a PC and measurement software. The main algorithms for the operation of equipment when connected to a PC and equipment for determining thermal conductivity have been developed. A thermal chamber for measuring heat flux has been installed. The software for measurement of thermophysical parameters of samples from materials of different nature is created.
