The study of temperature dependences of optical transmission spectra for liquid crystal systems with chitosan, LmwDNA, FAA-Pd and BBR was performed. Differential scanning calorimetry was used to study the effect of dopants on the phase transitions of lyotropic liquid crystal and dry chitosan.
