The subject of the research is the influence of the studied factors on the growth and productivity of young quails of meat productivity, laying quails and young rabbits. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the feasibility of using garlic, wormwood and polyphenolic complex, which is based on melanin of natural origin in feeding young meat quails, laying hens and young rabbits and to establish optimal levels of their introduction into feed and study their impact on animal productivity and conversion stern. Research methods. The tasks set in the work were solved experimentally with the use of analytical (generalization of research results), zootechnical (growth indicators, feed conversion) and statistical (processing of the obtained data) research methods. It was experimentally established that feeding quail polyphenolcarbonate complex from Antarctic black yeast Nadsoniella nigra, based on melanin, in the compound feed at 0.5 mg / kg contributed to a probable increase of 2.9% (p <0.001) body weight, absolute growth live weight of poultry and a decrease of 0.6-1.6% of feed costs per unit of growth. It was experimentally established that feeding quail laying hens polyphenolcarbonate complex of Antarctic black yeast Nadsoniella nigra, based on melanin, in the compound feed at 0.5 mg / kg increased egg production by 3.1% at baseline and 2.0% at average laying hen, an increase of 1.8% in egg-laying intensity and an increase in feed conversion by 1.7%.
