Vernadskii Institute of General & Inorganic Chemistry NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 The materials based on transition metal oxides, in particular, calcium-copper titanate (CCTO) has been synthesized, and their dielectric properties have been studied. Ceramics based on CCTO synthesized by the method of co-precipitation are electrically heterogeneous: the grain of ceramics has a low resistance, grain boundaries have high resistance. The permittivity of such materials decreases with a frequency: 11400 at a frequency of 1 kHz. The obtained dielectric parameters are determined mainly by the small size of ceramic grains. Based on the results of the project, 11 publications were prepared: 2 sections of the monograph and 4 articles were published, 3 articles accepted, 1 abstracts of the conference presentation was published, and 1 patent of Ukraine for a utility model was submitted.
