In particular, in collaboration with Israeli side, the distribution of three-dimensional electrostatic potential in the Corbino disk in a topological Hall insulator was obtained. It is shown that the convective instability of the electron fluid is strongly suppressed in two- and three-dimensional Dirac and Weyl semimetals. The generation of a gap for quasiparticle excitations with a pseudospin one and local Coulomb interaction in topological insulators has been studied. The energies of topological states in graphene ribbons with impurities are calculated and the conditions of existence of phase transformations of the metal-insulator type in these structures are found. The contribution of van Hove singularities to the energy spectrum of quasiparticle excitations and to the orbital favorability of tetragraphene is established. A brief overview of the history of thermoelectricity and its current state is presented. In the strong bond approximation, the electronic band structures of compounds of the form AB2 are calculated.
